May 1st 2010 - YCC 911 dispatched box alarm 68-83 for a reported vehicle fire on I 83 North bound. Chief 31 enroute and Engine 31 enroute. Chief 31 on scene reporting well involved engine compartment. Engine 31 arrived 1st with initial fire attack by FF/EMT Ditty and Chief 31. Engine 68 on scene with Tanker 68. All crews worked the scene for approx 1.5 hours. Excellent job to the Engine 31 crew for making a quick attack!
