June 17th, 2010 - YCC 911 dispatched box alarm 31-08 for a reported structure fire with smoke in the building. Units due on the box were Tanker 31, Rescue 31, Engine 28, Tanker 68, Truck 24, Amb 31-2. Chief 31-1 enroute, County advising fire possible out, reported in basement, smoke condition inside residence, all occupants have been evacuated.  Tanker 31 enroute with Chief 31-1 on board. Tanker 31 on scene reporting nothing showing side A. Crew from Tanker 31 conducted interior attack/search and found, light smoke condition inside the residence, fire is out. Investigating crews found washer fire inside the basement. Chief 31-1 established command and quickly held the box to Tanker 31 and Amb 31-2. Crews conducted ventilation and cleared the incident by 0615 hours.
